Neither Ekiga nor Wengo are reliable VoIP providers for kvats.

It seems that ekiga server expects routable adresses in Contact header. The qutecom community is looking into this problem, here is an open ticket http://trac.qutecom.org/ticket/27

Wengo is not supporting anymore its VoIP services, they changed their business model to phone consulting.

We recommend to use another VoIP service provider, see our specific forum on that.
