If you do not live in a country serviced by mobilkom austria, you may want to choose another SIP provider.

FreeWorldDialUp is providing accounts for free. You may get one here http://account2.freeworlddialup.com/index.php?section_id=94

In the kvats.net client, stop your connection and enter a new SIP provider with the following parameters:

Username: FWD Number
Password: FWD Password
Domain: fwd.pulver.com
SIP Proxy: fwd.pulver.com:5060
Server: fwd.pulver.com
