kvats currently can be connected to only one SIP account currently.

If you need to handle several accounts simultaneously, then have a look at MySIPswitch http://www.mysipswitch.com/. They even offer call forward between your SIP accounts. The service is offered for free and can handle in- and outgoing calls to and from various SIP providers to your kvats client.
